Innovative Design signed the contract for the design and supervision of a new shopping center located in a prominant site on Omer El Mokhtar street.

The project will be constructed over 920 sqm footprint, and is anticipated to comprise two levels with several shops and food court on the upper level. This milestone project ,with an estimated construction budget of $700,000, is well situated at the heart of Innovative Design neiche of exprtise along with Capital Enterprise, Lamirage HQ, Maxmall, and Berries Cafe.
