A new shopping destination in the city of Gaza has officially opened doors to the public in 2016, unveiling a whole new shopping experience to the people in Gaza.
The concept was to give the pedestrian the largest exposure to the building cavities and interior spaces and to eliminate the boundaries between the inner and outer enclosures.
People overwhelmingly admired the scale of construction and the spaces quality of the building. And the outcome set a new standard for the architectural and the interior design, in a deprived region.
Early designs for Capital Enterprise building included several design options for the building interior and exterior.
Options included different interpretation for the facade elements, construction, and materials. The interior also was inspired by different style of the interior.
