With careful attention to the finest details, the design team created an exquisite residential environment in this project. Inspired by the contemporary design trends, this house speaks to the middle eastern culture and traditions. On the street side, openings were minimal to keep the privacy and provide safety and security. While on the garden side, walls were full opened to the outdoor space and merged the interior luxury with beauty of nature. The total built-up area nears 650 sqm including the outdoor amenities, with estimated construction cost of 700,000 US dollars.
