A new office and retail center located in Gaza city is currently under construction. The louvers system, the first of its kind in Gaza, is composed of layered aluminum composite panels in a way that protects the building from the undesired direct sun light and opens towards the main views to the west.
Early designs for Nero building included several design options for the building interior and exterior.
Options included different interpretation for the facade elements, construction, and materials. The interior also was inspired by different style of the interior.
