The construction team on NERO project have recently removed the protection layer off the composite panels which are making the louvered facade of the building.

On site, the building looks very unique and distinctive even with the scafolding still in place. The interior spaces of the building started to demonstrate the daylight diffused by the effect of the louver. Worth montioning that such of climate control strategy is the first of its kind to be applied in Gaza Strip, along with the louvers installed on Capital Enterprise Building.
